Fitness Pilates – your weekly practice – shoulder focus work part 1

Well here it is: your first visual group of exercises to practise … woo hoo! I’ve embraced technology once again and will do my very best to improve on them from week to week until I can eventually offer you online classes. 🙂

These are really intended for my regular participants who know the fundamentals of Pilates, so if you are new to Pilates, then do try these exercises, but never allow any pain in any of your joints or your spine.
