Here are a couple of great exercises to strengthen those arms ready for the summer. Postnatal ladies and those in their third trimester will be best off doing these standing against the wall to prevent diastasis recti – muscle separation. Enjoy and have a wonderful weekend. 🙂
Hi, here I’ve uploaded a wonderful butt-busting clam sequence for you to try. This is safe for everyone, but maybe cut down the number of repetitions for each move until you’re used to it, should you feel pain or tension in your hip. Enjoy toning and sculpting those buns! 🙂
