Hello, here is a wonderful waist-toning hip hitch exercise followed by a stretch to complement it. This is a great one for most to practise, except maybe those with bad necks. The pressure can build quickly from the shoulder to the neck, so just be careful and stop should it pain you. Enjoy. 🙂
