Fitness Pilates – Advanced Abdominal & Transversus Sequence

NOT FOR ANTE OR POSTNATAL, so sorry ladies.

This is an advanced sequence for you to have a go at. You really do need to know the fundamentals of Pilates before doing Pilates exercises and I will happily film these this coming week for you to learn. It’s incredibly important to stop these exercises if you feel discomfort in your lower back or in your neck. Otherwise, enjoy and have a great day. 🙂
