The Magical Tennis Ball Glute Massage

And the amazing thing is you can release a multitude of muscles in just 5 mins per side.

In class today I did a T Hinge move and my hip and hamstrighs stopped me creating the range I usually have.  So when I got home, I popped the tennis ball under my buttock and slowly rolled it for 5 mins and bingo, the hips, glutes and, hamstrings all released.

You HAVE to try this. ☑️

It’s never too early

Yes, the Christmas Leggings are a tad too early to wear face2face, but it’s never too early to start your fitness journey.

I’m not doing all of these “new year, new you” type promos next year, as they mainly go wrong. I’d rather go with “let’s get fit now” or “keep trying”, “start again today” type slogans.
