The Magical Tennis Ball Glute Massage

And the amazing thing is you can release a multitude of muscles in just 5 mins per side.

In class today I did a T Hinge move and my hip and hamstrighs stopped me creating the range I usually have.  So when I got home, I popped the tennis ball under my buttock and slowly rolled it for 5 mins and bingo, the hips, glutes and, hamstrings all released.

You HAVE to try this. ☑️
