Pilates Sequence

This is definitely one of my fav Pilates sequences of the moment.

Starting with a loosening prep exercise, the knee rolls, then into lift and crunch, followed by the classic 100.

You’re going to feel super strong with this.

It’s intermediate/advanced, so weaker backs shouldn’t try this yet.

Look out for an easier version of the same tomorrow.
