Want a better posture? Try these 3 moves to straighten you up.

There’s no easier way to look like you’ve lost a stone but to stand tall with your shoulders back, chin up and chest out 😜

Be proud 💕

1 Arms back, keep them back and raise them up and down above and below shoulder height.

2 VW. Arms above head in a V position, then bring elbows back behind you to the W. Keep the arms back.

3 Retract the shoulders by having straight arms out in front of you and without bending the elbows, move them back and forth.
