We’ve been working up to this and we do it twice!
If you’re a senior and haven’t done Pilates before, don’t be put off by this.
Many could barely do a roll down, get on the floor and up again or hold any type of plank. But, slowly, slowly and you get there. You loosen up week by week and start to feel better and more flexible.
I’ve heard many of the senior class call this their “medicine” and they don’t give up. “What’s the alternative” they say? 🙄
It’s a fully booked class, and there is only 1 way in!
Keep mobile and don’t be afraid to start. It’s never too late.
