This was my "Getting back to fitness" workout having had Covid, so I took it easy and didn't jump. Perfect or recovery or for generally getting yourself going again without over doing it.
Fitness Types: 20 Min Cardio HIIT, Beginners and Cardio LIIT (No Jump).
