A Personal Trainer – alternatively known as a sports trainer, exercise trainer, and personal coach – focuses on health benefits by providing measurable results. We are all different, with individual targets, so Vikki will tailor the sessions especially to suit you.
Working from her private, well-equipped studio in Codicote, Vikki specialises in HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), circuit training, power plate, weight training, running, Pilates/core stability and reaching your targets for any challenge you may have. Being highly motivated herself, Vikki will make your session safe and fun, and you can expect to really enjoy each workout. After just a few sessions you will begin to feel the benefits of regular exercise with a Personal Trainer and start to see a more toned and sculpted body.
