Following my 3 min plank challenge, I’ve been urging my clients to do a 2 min plank a day, but the main problem is remembering lol.

You: Alexa, set a plank reminder alarm every day at 7.30am

It’s that easy.

Have a fab day all, oh and if you’re not used to planks, build the time up slowly, and I’d recommend doing a couple of roll downs and a dog stretch first, followed by a child’s pose and a dog stretch after – I’ll video those later.
